Mozaiik is now being built alongside IP Private Wealth, our anchor pilot partner.

We could have built in isolation and launched with a demo. We chose the harder path: put the platform in front of a working Canadian Investment Counsel firm early, and let real advisory work shape it — real families, real entity structures, real workflows.

Why an anchor partner

Wealth platforms fail for a predictable reason: they're designed around what software teams imagine advisors do, not what advisors actually do. A trust deed that lives in a shared drive. An ownership structure that lives in an advisor's head. A decade of context that walks out the door when someone retires.

Working with IP Private Wealth means every screen in Mozaiik gets tested against that reality before launch — the multi-entity structures, the document workflows, the questions a family actually asks in a review meeting.

What the pilot covers

The pilot exercises the core of the platform: the Wealth Map for visualizing ownership across trusts, holding companies, and family members; consolidated dashboards across entities; and the document vault, organized the way fiduciaries actually file.

The timeline

The pilot cohort begins in September 2026, with general launch in the fall. A small number of additional Canadian IC firms and multi-family offices will join the cohort — deliberately limited, so every pilot firm gets a real seat at the table.

If that's your firm, request a spot.

Mozaiik is the operating system for complex family wealth, purpose-built for Canadian advisory firms and family offices.
