How data gets into Mozaiik
Data reliability is the first question every firm should ask of a platform like ours. Here is how it works today, and what comes next.
White-glove onboarding
Structured setup, done with you
Our team sets up your families alongside yours: entities and ownership, accounts and holdings, real estate, private holdings, insurance, and documents. You validate; we do the entry.
Maintained on a cadence
Valuations and positions are refreshed on a schedule agreed with your firm, so review meetings always start from current numbers, without your staff doing the keying.
Documents, organized on arrival
The document vault accepts direct uploads and ships with a standard folder structure per entity: trust deeds, corporate resolutions, and client records filed the way fiduciaries file.
Your data stays yours
Registers and reports export on demand. There is no lock-in by friction: if you can see it in Mozaiik, you can take it with you.
Live connections

Custodian data feeds
Live today: Raymond James Correspondent Services. Accounts custodied at RJCS sync into Mozaiik automatically, so positions and values stay current without anyone keying them in.
Next, connectivity expands across the Canadian independent channel, with custodians like NBIN and Fidelity Clearing Canada, prioritized by where our clients actually custody. We will publish supported connections here as they ship.
Live today: Microsoft Outlook. Connect Outlook and client emails are filed to the right family automatically, so correspondence sits alongside the family's structure, documents and tasks.
For anything not yet covered by a feed, such as private holdings, real estate or custodians we don't connect to yet, the white-glove model above keeps your data current.
Questions about your data?
Security practices are documented on our Security page and monitored live on our Trust Center. For anything else, such as residency, exports or onboarding effort, ask us directly.
